Use

The Machine is meant for final cleaning at the part end of screen room & placed before grinding for removing dust striking to the crease and the outer surface.

	Vertilated Hammer Mills are used for grinding of crushing of soft or half-hard material, dry or with a relatively small humidity non-clogging upto a fitness. They are mainly used for :-
	i)	Agricultural Purposes : For Grinding of Corn, bran, Oat, Barley, dry, Maize,
		Whenstraw, Straw forage, Oil-cake, Eark, some roots, some dry fruit,
		vegetables, etc.
	ii)	For food stuffs and extic goods : As dried Vegetables, chocolates, nuts dried
		milk, powderly sugar, salt, etc.

iii)

Chemical industry : They are also used in the industrial Sector as help solution (temporary or emergency use) Mill Lime, chalk, Gypsum, Clay asbestos, certain chemical goods (resin colour) and other products (Paper wood chips), etc

Operation

The material is handled on a conveyor inside the Mill itself in which the hammer are rotating and high speed. The material is caught by these hammers thrown against the Mill. A face caught again and broken down until the required fitness is reached, it is passing through a screen or a perforated steel plate falls down in under part of the mill. A fan draws it out and Blows it to a dusting cyclone for storage. A Value under the cyclone may be opened and ground material is easily collected.

	Centrifugal Dresser
	The machine consists of a polygonal reel or barrel covered with Nylon or wire contained in Steel Frame with hoppered bottom

	Beaters
	Inside the machines are rapidly revolving beaters so designed as to Lift the stock and direct it obliquity across the Nylon. The distance of the beaters from the Nylon are adjustable.

Spiral Brush
A brush is fitted for keeping the meshes clean and open. A worm conveyor is fitted at the bottom of the hoppering of the machine to take away the fine stock which has been dressed through the meshes of the meshes of the Centritagal M/C.

The machine structure is made from heavy duty and heavy plate and sheet. All shafts are made from En series and well grid finishing. The bearings are used of well known made from reputed dealers. All parts are manufactured by all latest machines and all fabricated items are fabricated bu jigs and welded by transformer welding under great care.
